My name is Shaina Starr. I grew up just outside Philadelphia and earned a BFA with high honors in Communication Design with a minor in Photography & Film from Carnegie Mellon University. After graduating, I worked as a senior designer for some of Philadelphia's most renowned nonprofit organizations, including The Pennsylvania Ballet, The Philadelphia Orchestra, The Philly Pops, and the University of Pennsylvania. Designing for organizations that create a positive impact has always been a passion of mine. 

 

My family and I relocated from the States to the Netherlands where I continue my design career. Outside of work, I am a Communications Director for an international women’s nonprofit, and enjoy immersing myself in travel, my family, and all things creative.

Pricing & Process
My standard rate is €100 per hour, plus any additional costs related to your project (such as licensed fonts, stock photography, or other third-party assets). I also work with a team to offer web design services and packages available upon request.

I offer a complimentary initial online meeting where we can introduce ourselves, discuss your goals, and determine if we’re a good fit. Following that, I’ll provide a detailed project proposal and estimate tailored to your needs.

For ongoing or long-term collaborations, I’m happy to offer discounted monthly retainer rates.
